Your New Cloud Telephone Line
We can replace your existing (if you still have one) analogue phone line for a new digital telephone line, you can keep your old number, or decide to have a new one, and the phone line will run through your current, or new if needed, broadband line. We can provide broadband if required, but if you already have broadband there is no need to worry.
We can manage everything for you, so you do not have to fear the unknown and technical jargon. You can have a single line, usually for homes/residential, or up to 250 lines which is usually for businesses.
There is a great selection of phones available for new systems, and most existing hardware is compitable with our phone lines also.
There are many features that all very flexible, they are not just available to businesses, but are also now available to the home/residential users, such as
- Voice mail boxes (answer phone)
- Any messages left on the answer phone can be emailed directly to your email
- Optional call Screening for incoming calls
- Multiple numbers for single lines, or diferent locations/offices, or just different departments.
- Easy blacklisting of nuisance callers
- I.V.R also known as Auto Attendant (press 1 for, 2 for, etc)
- Soft phones you can use on your Laptop or Devices if you are away.
